Patient records live in the laboratory’s tenant, in India. This marketing site does not collect reports. Demo-form leads are stored in India and deleted after the conversation, or sooner if you ask.
No Aadhaar
Not the number, not a masked number, not the PDF, not eKYC XML. ABHA is optional and display-first until the ABDM adapter is production-live.
The lab owns the file
The laboratory is the data fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023. We are the processor. A lab can export every patient, report and invoice at any time, at no charge.
What we do not send out
Patient payloads do not go to error trackers, analytics suites, or a third-party billing tool. Restricted HIV values are not auto-delivered on WhatsApp, SMS, or a B2B portal.
Access
Support that needs a patient record is impersonation or a recorded break-glass grant — not a search box in our ops console.
